Oral Flora Guide started because I was frustrated. After spending thousands on dental treatments and trying every product the dental industry recommended, my gum health wasn’t improving. I knew there had to be a better approach.
That’s when I discovered the oral microbiome. The science was fascinating — and it completely changed how I thought about dental care. I started digging deeper into peer-reviewed research, testing products myself, and documenting what actually worked.
What began as personal research became a mission: help others cut through the marketing noise and find evidence-based solutions for real oral health. Every review on this site is based on actual testing, scientific literature, and transparent disclosure. No hype. No sponsored content. Just honest research.
